This program is designed for those interested in offering professional Light Therapy services for Dogs, Cats, and Humans.

The combined program INCLUDES the Human Light Therapy Course as well as assessment and use of targeted Light for Pets.

Certified Light Therapist (CLT)

Hands-On Practicum – Human

To demonstrate understanding and competence with online material, students much assess and provide Light Therapy services a minimum of 3 times for at least 3 different human clients addressing at least 3 different issues of pain or imbalance. Students must complete session tracking materials and submit them to PTI.

Hands-On Practicum – Equine

To demonstrate understanding and competence with online material, students much assess and provide Light Therapy services a minimum of 3 times for at least 3 different horses addressing at least 3 different issues of pain or imbalance. Students must complete session tracking materials and submit them to PTI.

Hands-On Practicum – Pet

To demonstrate understanding and competence with online material, students much assess and provide Light Therapy services a minimum of 3 times for at least 3 different Dogs or Cats addressing at least 3 different issues of pain or imbalance. Students must complete session tracking materials and submit them to PTI.

Professional Ethics and Informed Consent Documents (created in the course)

Online Exam (separate $50 fee to exam agency: L.E.T.S.)

Once all requirements are met, you may apply to the Board of Advanced Natural Health Sciences (BANHS) for CLT Board Certification.

Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to purchase professional liability insurance and submit a listing to the PTI professional directory.
