Live Course Refund Policies:

Participants will be refunded the full amount of tuition less deposit if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the start of the class. Classes cancelled between 31 and 59 days prior to class will be charged a 20% cancellation fee unless the class has failed to fill. No refund will be given to any participant with less than 30 days notice prior to the start of the course.

No refunds are given within 30 days of class start date for any reason. If you are unable to attend you may sell your spot to another individual as long as that person has met the course prerequisites. Please notify the office for the data correction. Photonic Therapy Institute reserves the right to cancel classes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, low enrollment, at which time all fees (including the deposit) collected for the purpose of enrollment will be refunded.
