Lighting up my Brain for a Brighter Outlook

I love my lights. I have what seems to be an ever-growing pile of projects on my desk. I would say “stack” of projects but I am not that organized at the moment. I woke up today feeling foggy, overwhelmed and somewhat nauseous at the thought of tacking Mt. Project. So what did I do? I put it off until I could light up my brain.

20 minutes under a couple of InLight T-Pads wrapped around my head and my Monday is looking more manageable. I sorted out about 10 small things that I have been putting off and even made progress on some calls that I have been avoiding. Go me!

The fog is gone, my tummy is happy and my day is brighter!

Remember that your lights aren’t just for pain and health emergencies. There is never a reason NOT to give yourself light!
