Lee Grove
Lee Grove began researching and learning about Light Therapy in 2014, to explore this as a way to help her dog, Mattie. Mattie was 15 years old at that time, and light therapy was not readily available as a method to be used by the general public. Only Veterinarian’s and Chiropractors had begun using light therapy in the Pacific Northwest, and were primarily using Lasers.
Unlike today, there was very little data to support the description of how Light Therapy worked, and the differences between Lasers and LED’s.
Lee had already been pursuing and studying sciences, health, biology and nutrition. The continuing investigation and exploration of Light and the effects it has on the body indicated to her that his was a path that was destined to be. The Science, the Biology, the proven ways Photo-Bio-Modulation works with the body to allow it to heal itself, were all areas of relevant work that she wanted to be a part of—there was no turning back. All of her experience in sales, corporate life, and business paved the way to this very moment in time.
Although knowing and learning about Light Therapy didn’t happen in time to help Mattie, Lee is now able to help other dogs, cats, horses, and people. Through adversity and love for Mattie, being able to share this is a gratitude to her that is felt every day, with every client.
Lee’s “exposure“ to the amazing benefits of Light has driven her to passionately learn, study, become certified, and continue ongoing accreditation in Light Therapy. These are the foundations that led her to start her company, Photonic Therapy NW.
