PTI Photopuncture torches come with a 1 year warranty
Our PTI Photopuncture torches come with a 1 year warranty for all parts. If your torch starts behaving badly (or not at all) first try fully recharging your battery by plugging your charger into a DIFFERENT USB adapter/port. Some USB adapters/ports can’t provide enough power for the charger to adequately charge your battery. Switching to a different port may solve the problem and prevent the need for a return.
We recommend plugging your Battery Charger into the USB port in your computer or laptop. Or, using a high-speed charger like those for today’s mobile phones.
Before returning your torch please email WarrantyReturns@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com with the following information:
Date of receipt (or purchase)
Name of the PTI Representative
Reason for Return
Address for reshipment
Once your return is confirmed by our manufacturer, send a letter containing the information above with the Torch only (not the rest of the kit stuff or battery) to:
